What are your hours?
Our store hours are from 5AM to Midnight at all of our locations.
Are you attended?
Our locations on Madison Street and Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville, TN are attended from 8AM – 6PM daily.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are both coin and card operated. Our card system uses the FasCard system. Visit our store to obtain a card and never worry about using coins at the laundromat again.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 6 and 8 loader machines in each of our stores so that you can wash oversize items like comforters or do laundry for the whole family.

What is Ozone Laundry Technology and how does it work?
Ozone Technology uses oxygen and electricity to create ozone gas, which purifies the water and kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and odors—delivering a deeper, chemical-free clean.
Is Ozone laundry safe for my clothes and skin?
Yes! Ozone is gentler than traditional washing. It helps preserve fabric quality and is ideal for sensitive skin because it uses fewer chemicals and less detergent.
Do I still need detergent with Ozone machines?
Yes, but you’ll use less. Ozone boosts your detergent’s cleaning power, so you get better results with fewer suds and less residue.

Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our wash and fold hours are from 8AM to 6PM. This service is only available at our Madison Street and Fort Campbell Boulevard locations in Clarksville, TN.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents and fabric softeners when washing your clothes, linens, and more.
Specialty products are available on request.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $15.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Turnaround times vary but typically orders are ready in 24 to 48 hours.
You may inquire about same-day service. For this, we encourage you to visit or call and speak to an attendant to see if they can process orders same day.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 4PM. Our drivers are picking up and dropping offer orders during this time. We do not operate delivery routes on Sunday.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
This service takes 48 hours to turn around. Please note that our routes are closed on Sunday so any orders scheduled for pickup on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is $15.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
This service is priced very reasonably at $2.05 per pound when used on an occasional, as-needed basis. Schedule your laundry regularly with us and save money. Regularly scheduled laundry is priced at $1.95 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
