Getting Started (General)
What are your hours and last wash time?
We’re open 5:00 AM–12:00 AM (midnight) daily at all locations. For best results, please start your final wash at least 60 minutes before midnight so dryers can finish comfortably. Staffed hours vary by store; see each location card for attendant times and drop-off windows.
What are the attendant hours at each location?
Madison Street: attended 8:00 AM–6:00 PM daily. Fort Campbell Blvd: attended 8:45 AM–4:30 PM daily. Oak Grove (Thompsonville Lane): self-service only; no staff on site.
Do you take coins or cards?
We accept coins and cards. Pay by credit/debit, FasCard at Fort Campbell Blvd & Thompsonville Lane, and Laundroworks at Madison Street. Visit our store to obtain a card, never worry about using coins at the laundromat again, and earn rewards back just for doing your laundry.
Do you have large machines for bulky items?
Yes. Each store includes 6- and 8-loader machines for comforters, blankets, and big family loads. Our attendants can help you choose the best size to save time and money while protecting fabrics.
What amenities can I expect?
Clean, well-lit laundromats with roomy folding space, carts, seating, and convenient parking. Attendants are available at Madison (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) and Fort Campbell (8:45 AM–4:30 PM); Oak Grove is self-service. Many guests bring headphones, coffee, or kids’ activities. Wash & Fold (Drop-Off)
What are your Wash & Fold drop-off hours?
Madison Street: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Ft. Campbell Blvd: 8:45 AM–4:30 PM. Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours; same-day may be available—ask an attendant upon drop-off.
What is the turnaround time for Wash & Fold?
Most orders are ready in 24–48 hours. Need it today? Give us a quick call before you head over and we’ll check capacity—if we can squeeze you in, we will. Special care (air-dry, delicates) may add a little time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $15 minimum per order.
Do you mix my laundry with other orders?
No—never mixed. Your items are washed and dried separately from other customers’ laundry, then neatly folded and bagged for pickup.
What products do you use? Can I request special care?
We use premium detergents and softeners. Specialty products are available on request; tell us about stains or color-bleed concerns and we’ll note your preferences on the order.
Items & Care
Do you clean comforters, rugs, sleeping bags, and pet bedding?
Yes—our large-capacity machines handle bulky items. For heavily soiled rugs or pet items, tell us upfront so we can recommend the best process (e.g., extra rinse, lower heat, or air-dry) to protect backings and fillings.
How should I prep laundry for pickup?
Place items in a tied laundry or trash bag; note stains, delicates, and any “air-dry only” pieces in Special Instructions. Separate dry-clean-only items; we’ll advise if an item isn’t suitable for our process.
Ozone Technology
What is Ozone Laundry Technology and how does it work?
Ozone Technology uses oxygen and electricity to create ozone gas, which purifies the water and kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and odors—delivering a deeper, chemical-free clean.
Is Ozone laundry safe for my clothes and skin?
Yes! Ozone is gentler than traditional washing. It helps preserve fabric quality and is ideal for sensitive skin because it uses fewer chemicals and less detergent.
Do I still need detergent with Ozone machines?
Yes, but you’ll use less. Ozone boosts your detergent’s cleaning power, so you get better results with fewer suds and less residue.

Pickup & Delivery
Is Pickup & Delivery available right now?
Residential Pickup & Delivery is temporarily on hold while we upgrade routes and capacity. Please call the store for the latest status. In the meantime, Wash & Fold drop-off is available daily, and commercial accounts remain open—request a quote anytime.
What days and times do you run pickups and deliveries?
Monday–Saturday, typically 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. No Sunday routes; Friday pickups deliver Monday. We do not operate delivery routes on Sunday.
How long does pickup & delivery take from pickup to return?
Standard turnaround is ~48 hours. Friday pickups usually return Monday. High volume or special care may add time. Please note that our routes are closed on Sunday so any orders scheduled for pickup on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum order size or charge?
Yes, the minimum is $15. Orders below the minimum are charged the minimum.
What are the pickup & delivery prices and fees?
This service is priced very reasonably at $2.25 per pound when used on an occasional, as-needed basis. Schedule your laundry regularly with us and save money. Regularly scheduled laundry is priced at $2.10 per pound.
Do I need to be home, or can I leave bags in a safe spot?
You don’t need to be home. Leave bags in a secure, noted spot (porch, behind gate, unlocked garage) and add instructions in your order.
How do I schedule pickup & delivery online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account, choose one-time or recurring, set your pickup window, and add Preferences (always) or Special Instructions (this order only). You’ll get confirmations by email/text.
Can I add care preferences (delicates, air-dry, fragrance-free)?
Do I need a contract, or can I order as needed?
No contract required for residential. You can book as needed or set a recurring schedule. (Commercial terms available.)
When is my card charged—before or after weigh-out?
We charge after cleaning and weigh-out. You’ll see the final weight, rate, and total in your receipt.
What should I put my laundry in for pickup?
Use a tied laundry or trash bag (no hampers). Label special items; keep dry-clean-only separate.
Can I pause or skip pickups while I’m away on vacation?
Yes. Skip any week or pause recurring service from your account dashboard—no fees for pausing.

What pickup windows and turnaround can you support?
We offer scheduled routes Mon–Sat with standard ~48-hour turnaround. High-volume or rush options are available—your coordinator will confirm the window for your area.
How is pricing structured and how do we pay?
Pricing is typically per-pound or per-item for linens, with volume tiers for larger accounts. We provide invoice billing (e.g., weekly or monthly) and accept common payment methods.
Which items do you handle?
Sheets, towels, blankets, duvets, pillowcases, table linens, uniforms, gym towels, treatment sheets, and similar non-hazardous textiles. Ask us about specialty items before scheduling.
How do you ensure quality and textile care?
Orders are kept separate, washed to your care preferences (e.g., fragrance-free, low-heat, fold styles), and checked for stains and counts. Ozone systems help with freshness and odor control.
How are finished items packaged and labeled?
We bag or box items by category and location, with clear labels for easy put-away. Custom packing slips and counts are included with each delivery.
What is your service area for commercial routes?
We serve Clarksville and surrounding communities, including Fort Campbell and nearby Kentucky/Tennessee markets. Share your address and volume and we’ll confirm coverage.
Do you require a contract?
Most commercial clients use a simple service agreement outlining volumes, pricing, pickup windows, and billing terms. Trial periods are available for fit and forecasting.

How am I billed for pickup & delivery?
Add a card when ordering; we charge after cleaning and weigh-out. You can pause or cancel anytime—no long-term commitment.
What’s your lost/damaged items policy?
Report any issue within 24 hours of pickup/delivery or store pickup. We’ll investigate promptly and make it right per our posted terms.
Do you offer business/commercial laundry?
